My goal in starting The Cruz Firm was to guide and support people in their personal development journey. I had two key coaches throughout my journey who recognized my value and talents before I could. They fostered my development, allowing me to grow into the best version of me. They coached me to find my path, my talents, my courage. I was blessed that they were true coaches and not someone interested in mentoring me into versions of themselves. It meant I had to put in the work to find my own answers but that is what made my growth and change sustainable. I was taught to be true to who I was designed to be and not simply doing what they told me to do to have their success. I did not become mini-me versions of them. They celebrated with me when I overcame challenges and when I had successes and promotions. They inspired me to want the same and to become the same for others. 

I now devote my energy and expertise to making a lasting difference in the lives of individuals like you. Together we will unlock the door to your true potential.
